Fun Designs
Fun corrugated designs are where functionality meets whimsy. These creations take the versatility of corrugated material and add personality. It’s all about thinking outside the box—literally—while still considering the practicalities. The structure needs to balance its playful appearance with stability and ease of assembly, especially if it’s destined for high-traffic retail areas. The challenge (and fun!) lies in making these imaginative designs sturdy, cost-effective, and maybe even a little surprising, all while ensuring they highlight the product in a way that draws smiles and sales.

This 20-sided die was designed as a gift for a gaming company's top users. Inside, there is a corrugated playing card holder that reveals two brand-new cards for their game. When the lid opens, a pop-up feature pushes the card holder forward for an exciting reveal. The card holder doubles as an easel so the lucky customer can showcase their favorite game cards alongside their keepsake D20.

These festive holiday toys were designed for bunnies! They are delivered to the customer flat (so they can be filled with the bunny's favorite treat), so easy assembly was crucial. No glue was used since they are fated to be chewed on. The Christmas tree and dreidels lock together with arrow locks and rounded tabs while the sleigh uses slots. As an added bonus, the dreidel really spins!
A sweet ride for some sweet treats! This candy tray doubles as a mini cardboard truck—it’s functional and fun all in one! The body of the truck serves as the tray to neatly hold piles of candy. It’s not just a container but a little piece of shelf art that makes people stop and smile. Plus, since it’s cardboard, it’s lightweight, easy to assemble, and eco-friendly.
